If you feel that you have a property that would be what our vendor is looking for then come in for more details or to book a viewing. (Terms & Conditions apply, see inside for more details) Once you have viewed the property and it is what you are looking for, then arrangements are made so that our vendor views your property and then we take it from there as to whether the swap can take place.

This is an ideal solution to help those that want to buy but are not on the market and to also help those that are currently on the market but cannot sell because of the current market situation where houses are not selling.
